Ensuring that product listings adhere to blithequark's guidelines and standards, maintaining consistency across all product information. Updating product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, as needed, to reflect changes in inventory, promotions, or product details.Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock quantities accordingly, ensuring that our product listings reflect the most current inventory status. Collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly, maintaining open communication to ensure seamless operations. Conducting quality checks to verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring that all product information is correct and consistent. Keeping abreast of blithequark's policies and updates related to product listings and data entry processes, adapting to changes and implementing new procedures as necessary.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Proficiency in data entry and experience with spreadsheets or database software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input, with a high degree of precision and a focus on quality. Familiarity with blithequark Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.A reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop, with a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate peak periods or urgent tasks, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
