Job Overview As a Recruiting and Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our Tasteocracy Respondents, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our recruiting team to fill taste tests, resolve respondent questions and issues, and maintain a welcoming and courteous atmosphere.This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering up to 25 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work from home with occasional on-site meetings. Key Responsibilities Handle customer care phone calls, responding to respondent inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Field inbound respondent communication, steering respondents towards high-priority tests and ensuring they meet qualification requirements Create a welcoming atmosphere for respondents, maintaining a professional demeanor and determining their needs Strive for first-call resolution, clarifying respondent complaints or questions, determining the cause of problems, and finding and explaining the best solutions Answer incoming queries and resolve issues from respondents within established parameters Cold call pre-existing contacts, internal respondents, and external potential respondents to fill taste tests Assist with host contact when a lead is not available Manage digital channels, including live chat, SMS, email, and social media messenger, to resolve respondent inquiries and issues Meet daily goals for assigned recurring database cleaning projects and proactively update respondent information Complete special administrative projects as needed for the recruiting department Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent certificate required Comfortability with all digital channels, including live chat, SMS, email, and social media messenger Confident phone handling skills, with experience using phone software a plus Proactive, knowledgeable, reliable, sustainable, and collaborative approach to work Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications Some exposure to SalesForce or other CRM systems Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Knowledge of sensory and consumer research principles and practices Ability to read respondents' behavior over the phone and determine their fit for different panelsCareer Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As a Recruiting and Customer Care Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and sensory and consumer research.
