ResponsibilitiesAs a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers.Your primary responsibilities will include:* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network to ensure efficient and accurate service. * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications to ensure timely and accurate processing. * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits. * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data.* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems to maintain accurate records. * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications to provide exceptional customer support. * Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients to ensure seamless service delivery. * Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of our team. RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:* 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including bolthires Office. * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions. * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Nice-to-HavesWhile not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:* Experience in workers' compensation law to provide in-depth knowledge and support.* Editing skills to ensure accuracy and quality in written communications.
