Key Responsibilities Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. Handle high-volume calls in a pleasant and efficient manner, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and software, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
