In Year 1, you will be based in either Network Planning or Revenue Management, where you will work on maximizing profitability by aligning capacity with demand. In Year 2, you will have the opportunity to rotate into Marketing, Sales, Reservations, or Customer Experience, where you will develop and implement strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue and improve customer satisfaction.This program is designed to provide a broad range of experiences, exposure to different functions, and opportunities to develop a deep understanding of our business and industry. Key Responsibilities As a member of our MBA Leadership Development Program, you will be responsible for: Maximizing profitability by aligning capacity with demand through the strategic deployment of aircraft and development of new city and route opportunities. Investigating competitors' pricing actions, initiating sales and other promotions to maintain market share, and analyzing and understanding the complexities of airline consumer behavior.Developing creative strategies for capturing additional revenue through varying the supply of our product and leveraging data to develop promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue. Improving the travel experience for blithequark's corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental revenue. Developing recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize bolthires efficiencies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and drive business growth. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this program, you will need: To be a current MBA student with a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025. At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience. The ability to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the program. A curiosity about the airline industry and a passion for commercial and customer experience strategy.Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. A consistent track record of excellence and a ability to excel in fast-paced, matrix-team environments. A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
