You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to develop and implement media strategies that meet our clients' goals and objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and client management will be essential in delivering exceptional results and exceeding our clients' expectations. You will be responsible for creating annual strategic learning plans, leading quarterly business review processes, and synthesizing disparate data into strategic recommendations for future media investments.Key Responsibilities Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by our Retail Media Network Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients to review media performance and identify areas for improvement Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients and agencies Develops and implements test and learn plans to optimize media investments and drive business growth Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregates all sources of insights to support client-facing teams Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to our Retail Media Network and the whole of our retail media business Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in insights and analytics, as well as experience in retail media or general media analytics.You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, and at least 5 years of experience in insights and analytics. Additionally, you should have experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, as well as experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way.
