QualificationsTo succeed as an Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you will need:* Advanced English Proficiency: Proficient in English (Advanced level) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education.* Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles, with a proven track record of success. * Call CenterExperience: Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in bolthires Office suite and SAP software. * Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and critical thinking. * Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.Location and Work EnvironmentThis position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
