Job SummaryAs an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) at blithequark, you will be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing solutions to local businesses across the US and Canada. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities• Train, strategize, and efficiently promote blithequark's advertising programs via a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone-based. • Your primary objective is to acquire as many new clients as possible. You will work one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor:+ 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. + 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. + 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. • Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners – all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).• Say goodbye to that dreaded commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule. • Become an expert in blithequark's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to match client desires – asking probing questions and overcoming client objections and rejection will be crucial to your success. • Reap and constantly exceed month-to-month sales goals – strong work ethic and tenacity are key!• Live organized and control your time effectively to complete your daily tasks – your income is a numbers game, and you're here to win.
