About the Role We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Agent to at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will provide direct support to our customers with a strong focus on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, as well as service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to provide exceptional service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
