De-escalate and triage challenging situations, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve client concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.RequirementsThis is a 5-day a week fully remote position, with hours from 2:30pm-11pm CST, Sunday to Thursday. The first two weeks of training will be Monday to Friday, and Sundays are mandatory. The schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs, with ample notice provided. To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous, extensive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, nutrition, or communications) preferred. 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of CX principles, processes, and KPIs, with experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
