Job Summary As a Merchant Services Group Captain, you will report to our Merchant Services Manager and play a key role in our Inbound Enactments group within our Merchant Services organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for identifying ways to improve processes, implementing projects to drive efficiency and quality, and resolving escalated issues from clients and employees.
