Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, using a friendly and approachable tone. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at once without compromising quality or accuracy, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
