Job Summary As a remote data scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for applying advanced data science techniques to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy predictive models, analyze complex data sets, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through verbal and written reports * Utilize cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks, to query and analyze large data sets * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures * Apply statistical techniques, including regression, time series analysis, and hypothesis testing * Work with stakeholders to design and execute A/B experiments and measure their impact Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field * At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working with large-scale data sets and developing predictive models * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks Preferred Qualifications * Ph.D. in a STEM field, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI * Experience with reinforcement learning * Experience in the healthcare industry What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
