Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, patient enrollment, and customer service. You will work closely with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring seamless patient experiences.Key Responsibilities:* Utilize blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related issues. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.* Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities. * Resolve phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting. EssentialQualifications:* High school certificate or GED.* Essential level computer skills (for example: start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports as well and access data online). * Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, utilizing a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring utilizing back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. PreferredQualifications:* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.* Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English.
