Job SummaryAs a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality improvement efforts of our help desk operations, working closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets our standards.You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to drive quality enhancements and efficiency gains. You will also collaborate with our training and content teams to develop and deploy new training programs and content to support our help desk operations.
