ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including:* Field Representative: Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals.Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing. * Field Trainer: Mentor and develop new representatives. Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment. * Branch Manager (VP of Operations): Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers.Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:* A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities. * No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
