Key Responsibilities As a Field Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting customers in resolving their debts. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customers' circumstances and helping them agree on an appropriate solution to resolve their debt. * Identifying new tenants through face-to-face discussions, Letting Agents, and neighbors while complying with the Data Protection Act. * Leading warrant teams to force entry into customer premises to exchange or disconnect meters when necessary. * Recording job information using the appropriate paperwork or electronic equipment. What We Need from You To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine desire to help customers. * Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Basic PC skills, including proficiency in using smartphones and tablets. * Reside within the designated area and be willing to travel. * A full, valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, but with a maximum of six points).
