Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Entry Level Call Center Representative, your primary function will be to handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction, and navigate through multiple systems and tools. Your core responsibilities will include: *Handling Inbound Service Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. *Driving Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service through voice, chat, and/or email communications. *Navigating Multiple Systems and Tools: Utilize various software applications and tools to access customer information and resolve issues. *Ongoing Training and Skill Development: Participate in paid training and ongoing skill development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
