Job Overview This position is based in Des Moines, IA, and is offered on a 4-month contract basis with a W2 work engagement. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for reviewing customer identification documentation, evaluating its acceptability, and updating the system of record to ensure compliance with the Customer Identification Program (CIP) Policy. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to queries from corresponding teams. Key Responsibilities As a Document Reviewer, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing customer identification documentation entered into the DocuSign portal to determine its acceptability based on written guidance supporting the CIP Policy. * Updating the system of record accurately to instruct corresponding teams to take necessary actions based on the review outcomes. * Responding to the corresponding team with applicable information needed for escalation resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication. * Familiarizing yourself with policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements to conduct regular reviews and identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. * Collaborating and consulting with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners to ensure alignment with best practices and initiatives. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., as this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
