Monitor tracking and shipping statuses, updating details in real-time to ensure seamless logistics operations. Assist with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation, to facilitate efficient delivery. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions.Provide general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates, to support the logistics team. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information. Troubleshoot minor issues with blithequark systems and shipments, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support business growth and development.Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a high degree of precision and reliability. Experience with logistics or shipping platforms is a plus, but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and bolthires Workspace, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision, using initiative to resolve issues and improve processes. Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred, but not required; we welcome applications from talented individuals with transferable skills.
