About the Role: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position, and we are looking for candidates located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: No prior experience is necessary, although data entry experience is a plus. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 60-70 words per minute or higher, enabling you to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
