Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our FNP Evaluation & Data team. As a Data Entry Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data collected from our programming efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include quality checking submitted evaluation tools, tracking and assigning them for processing, and entering data into our web-based reporting system (PEARS) and/or Qualtrics.You will also be responsible for identifying and documenting errors in report exports and soliciting corrections to ensure accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Enter FNP participant data into PEARS, including pre/post-tests from county-based FNP programming. Review evaluations for quality, track and assign evaluations, and document and refer errors to the counties for resolution. Identify errors in report exports and solicit corrections via email communication during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods.Perform other duties as assigned, with almost 100% of the work being performed on a computer. Work Schedule and LocationThe normal work schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office is headquartered at blithequark's East Campus, but this position may be eligible for remote or hybrid remote/office work arrangements. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months of clerical or customer-service experience. PreferredQualifications: Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of process management.Strong computer skills, with an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to effectively communicate procedures and provide training to colleagues. Excellent attendance history in past positions. Experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity, both independently and collaboratively.
