Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer personalized solutions, improving our members' healthcare experience and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication across the organization Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.While experience in a similar role is not required, it is preferred.
