Key Responsibilities Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with an average call duration of 11-14 minutes, addressing insurance servicing questions and providing support to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. Research and document phone calls using various software systems, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring that both internal and external standards are met consistently. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services, including home owners insurance, to provide informed support to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of recent customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support. Efficient in using a Windows PC computer and navigating software systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with accurate and efficient data entry skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.Internet connection required for remote work, with a reliable and secure connection to ensure uninterrupted service. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles. Insurance or mortgage experience, with a thorough understanding of insurance products and services, including home owners insurance.
