Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound service inquiries, resolving member issues, and providing professional service to our valued customers. This is a fully remote role with a scheduled start date of August 4, 2025. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our members.
