Communicate with clients to gather trip details, preferences, and special requests, providing personalized recommendations and assistance to exceed their expectations. Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to make reservations, confirm bookings, and process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all travel arrangements are in place.Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to coordinate travel arrangements and secure the best available rates and accommodations, negotiating on behalf of our clients when necessary.
