Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Associate at bolthires Locker+ retail locations, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. Your ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in providing a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring a positive experience* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site* Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders* Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of packagesPhysical Demands* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m.and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to weekWhat it's like to work at bolthires Locker+ locations* Safety:Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature:Our Locker+ locations are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
