About the Role As a CX Insights and Prioritization Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers' needs and preferences, and develop strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to analyze customer data, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform our business decisions. Your expertise will help us to prioritize our initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business decisions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and drive business growth Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, including process improvements, training programs, and technology enhancements Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and data analysis Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or data analysis 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as customer experience, data analysis, or business intelligence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or data analysis 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as customer experience, data analysis, or business intelligence Experience with coding languages, such as Python, R, or SQL Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI Certification in a related field, such as customer experience or data analysis Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
