Job Description As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store, and ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. You'll lead by example, engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Your role will be to model outstanding customer service, create a positive internal and external customer experience, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
