Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, helpful, and resolves their queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving issues efficiently. Research and troubleshoot problems, using available resources to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide customers with product and service information, making recommendations when appropriate, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Follow up with customers as necessary, to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received. Document customer contacts, as required, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions. Develop a thorough understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and safety rules, adhering to these at all times and ensuring that customers are aware of them as well.Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. 6+ months experience in a customer service-related role required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals, both internally and externally, and to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities, always prioritizing their needs and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment preferred, with a strong understanding of the principles and best practices of customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Previous Work at Home experience preferred, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Familiarity with blithequark's product lines preferred, with a strong understanding of our products and services and the ability to make recommendations and provide expert advice to customers. Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages and to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of customers.Skills and Competencies Proficiency with relevant computer applications (e.g., bolthires Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, Kronos), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly and easily. Ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently, and to communicate effectively through written and verbal means.Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and the role that customer service plays in driving business success. Home Office Requirements To work from home as a customer care representative for blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+), and a wired, network connection to either a hub or directly to a broadband modem.At least 4 GB of available RAM, and a data usage limit of 1024 GB (1 Terabyte) per month. A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system will be provided by blithequark, and you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from noise and distractions. Physical Requirements & Attendance Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and to use computer systems and technology. Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.Available to work weekends and all holidays except for Christmas Day, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
