Work Schedule and EnvironmentThe selected candidate will start with a fully onsite training period of 8 weeks or more, during which they will have the opportunity to work from home. Following the training, the role transitions into a hybrid schedule, with a block schedule that includes 2 weeks of remote work from home, followed by 1 week in the office.This schedule allows for a great balance between face-to-face interaction with the team and the flexibility of working from home. Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we are looking for someone who can commit to this schedule. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Advocate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring that all communications meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.Utilizing your data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process information, with a strong focus on detail and precision. Applying your knowledge and experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing to make informed decisions and respond quickly to questions and inquiries. Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with providers, internal stakeholders, and other teams, leveraging your excellent communication and analytical skills. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark.Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing within a healthcare or health insurance environment. Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in the bolthires suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications as required. A detail-oriented approach to your work, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's degree, which demonstrates your commitment to education and professional development. 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing, which would significantly enhance your ability to contribute to our team.6 months of data entry experience in an office environment, which would provide a strong foundation for success in this role. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, which would be highly beneficial in understanding and addressing the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills: Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Interpersonal skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with providers, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
