Responsibilities As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, your primary function will be to answer incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans. You will be responsible for: * Responding to incoming calls and chats in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner * Communicating effectively with callers to understand their needs and provide solutions * Utilizing proprietary ASH systems to look up caller information and provide accurate responses * Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department * Managing time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-up is done in a timely manner * Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position * Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all legal and compliance requirements * Completing all ASH and CSS trainings timely * Attending weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel * Responding to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required * Performing other duties as assigned * Complying with all policies and standards Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred * Basic computer skills * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to utilize and maneuver in multiple systems during a single interaction * Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships * Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment * Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time * Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions * Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to develop effective solutions * Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters Core Competencies As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will possess: * Excellent customer service skills to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers * Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions Work Environment As a remote worker, you will be responsible for creating a dedicated work area in your home that meets blithequark's remote worker guidelines. You will need to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed).
