This role will involve pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making the most informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data modeling, and financial management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth Investigate the performance of different pilot drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) to inform business decisions Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address these issues Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify gaps or opportunities that the business needs to consider or address Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets, focusing on the different levers from top line to bottom line, with continued improvement of significant value chain capabilities Model business scenarios based on known datasets and business needs/requirements Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries Perform any other related and assigned duties Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities Strong data literacy Data visualization skills using Tableau or bolthires Power BI Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders Strong change management skills Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in overall system benefit Commitment to continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred:Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools Knowledge of SharePoint Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes Project management or consulting experienceCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of the company.
