Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, and tracking validity to ensure that our marketplaces are running smoothly. Collaborating with our Account Health Manager to resolve listing issues, suspensions, and order-related problems. Delivering high-quality responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and timely. Fine-tuning AI workflows on a weekly basis to maximize speed and accuracy in automating customer service responses. Auditing account health on marketplace platforms, identifying potential risks, and suggesting fixes to maintain optimal performance. Working closely with internal teams, including Seller Performance and Policy, to address complex issues and ensure that our customers receive exceptional support. Staying up-to-date with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring that our practices are compliant and aligned with industry standards. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is detailed and easily accessible. Preparing weekly and monthly customer service reports, highlighting AI-driven wins and areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
