As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate support. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring that all customer requests are addressed promptly and efficiently Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to ensure a seamless experience Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details to ensure effective job execution Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining the highest level of data integrity Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders Familiarity with the surrounding area (previously Chicagoland area, now open to remote applicants) and ability to navigate geographic information with ease Previous dispatch experience is a plus, with proficiency in bolthires Office and ability to work from home efficiently Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with attention to detail and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities Preferred Qualifications Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a home-based setting Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Service Titan software or similar dispatch systemsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including our on-site training facility for continuous employee development.
