As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a constantly changing environment.If you are someone who obsesses over details, thrives in a collaborative environment, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges, then this is a great role for you. This position is currently based in the Santa Monica offices four days a week, with an expected relocation to the Burbank campus in 2026. Responsibilities: Handle complex scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environment Provide high-level administrative support to the media department, including coordinating cross-functional meetings, handling contract and billing workflows, assisting with deck presentations, and serving as a point of contact for external media partners Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries Prepare and manage expense reports Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriate Attend meetings, take notes and track action items BasicQualifications: 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essential A ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing is too large or too small and the ability to work effectively under pressure Capacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every level Strong proficiency with bolthires Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and bolthires Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail Preferred Qualifications Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film and television Experience with entertainment industry professionals both in front of and behind the camera RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experienceThe hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week.The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
