Title: Data Entry Clerk, ATN - Respiratory - Beth Israel - Dazian Full-Time Day ShiftDepartment: ATN - RespiratoryHospital: Beth Israel - DazianSchedule: Full-Time Day ShiftJob Summary:Assists the department in maintaining files, photocopying and data entryRoles &Responsibilities: * Enters and verifies accuracy of data from worksheets into PC database• Assists the staff with chart requesting, chart cataloging and completion of demographic information on worksheets• Photocopies, collates, assembles and distributes materials as assigned within requested timeframes• Sorts, files and retrieves files from established filing system• Maintains organized updated files of committees• Prepares new and remove obsolete file folders as designated by the staff• Sorts and distributes outgoing mail, reports, charts as necessary i.e.hand carries mail• Maintains conference calendar in a non-conflicting manner• Answers telephone calls, directs incoming calls, takes messages, and responds to routine inquiries regarding departmental activities and schedules• Confirms/cancels meetings to committee members within the requested timeframesRequirements:High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
