About the position Responsibilities • Perform accurate and timely routine bookkeeping, including daily deposit income reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, multiple bank reconciliations, deposits, invoicing, monthly prepayments, tax reports, and quarterly reports. • Manage corporate compliance for state taxes and other matters as needed. • Provide accounting reporting and management for various funds, including planned giving, grants, and endowment funds. • Manage cash flow and maintain restricted accounts externally.• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. • Oversee missionary donations and reconciliation of bookkeeping activities in Kindful. • Prepare accurate and current financial statements and reports as requested. • Serve as the principal point of contact for donors to make inquiries, receive information, and coordinate their giving. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in a related field. • Proficient in bolthires Office suite and QuickBooks. • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.• Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Detail-oriented.
