This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while representing a globally recognized airline.Key Responsibilities• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining bolthires’ high standards of service. • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage policies, and travel procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, including delays, cancellations, and account discrepancies. • Process bookings, cancellations, refunds, and special requests efficiently. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction. • Uphold company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Basic computer proficiency, including bolthires Office Suite and CRM systems. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when handling challenging situations.
