BlueCare Correspondent

Our BlueCare Division is seeking a Correspondent to ! The primary duty of this role is to respond to member and provider correspondence. This position will also involve reviewing claims. The ideal candidate will have 1 year Facets experience and 1 year Customer Service/Correspondence and/or Claims experience. BlueCare experience is advantageous. There is flexibility in the Monday - Friday hours, with a start time as early as 5:00 a.m. EST or as late as 9:00 a.m. EST.
