Appointment Scheduler – REMOTE (PT FT, Day Night Shift) Location:Remote Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Shifts Available: Day Shift Night Shift Department: Customer Service / Operations / Administrative Support Reports To: Scheduling Supervisor or Operations Manager About the Role We are looking for a reliable and customer-focusedRemote Appointment Scheduler to coordinate and manage appointments for clients, customers, or patients. This role involves handling high volumes of calls or messages, maintaining accurate scheduling records, and ensuring that appointments are booked efficiently and professionally.The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently during either day or night shifts. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, or messages to schedule, confirm, or modify appointments. Make outbound calls to follow up or remind clients of upcoming appointments. Verify availability, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules across teams or departments. Accurately enter appointment details into scheduling systems or CRM databases. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve scheduling conflicts.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Document interactions and update records according to company procedures. Communicate changes or issues to supervisors or relevant team members promptly. Follow company guidelines for call handling, scripts, and service quality. Qualifications Required Previous experience in appointment scheduling, call center support, customer service, administrative work, or similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and composure. Comfortable working with scheduling software, CRMs, or communication platforms (e.g., Calendly, Salesforce, Zendesk, VoIP systems). Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meeting productivity and attendance requirements. Preferred Experience handling high call volume environments. Familiarity with HIPAA (if scheduling for healthcare). Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Schedule Day Shift and Night Shift options available.Part-time positions (15–30 hours/week) and full-time positions (35–40 hours/week).
