Account Manager, Offline Sales and Marketing

Descriptionbolthires Devices is one of the most innovative and fastest growing businesses at bolthires. The bolthires Devices team develops relationships with retailers to expand product selection and distribution in physical locations where customers can experience all of bolthires's devices first hand in the real world. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for both managing existing accounts and onboarding new accounts for bolthires Devices. You will build creative solutions for business requirements across all of bolthires's exciting new Devices.You will own the creation of sales and marketing strategies, promotional activities and deployment strategies. This will require you to work with both internal and external teams' product, business development, sales, and logistics teams to drive financially viable, high volume programs that provide our channel partners, distributors, and end users with top-tier business solutions. You will represent your business's success in meetings with leadership and meet regularly with our channel partners' leadership to develop long term strategies as well as drive short term program executions.Other responsibilities include:• Manage existing relationships to sell and promote bolthires devices and accessories. • Negotiate trading terms (e.g., discount rate, advertising, placement, returns provisions, payment terms, freight terms) for assigned accounts• Lead internal and external business reviews covering strategic initiatives• Create initial sales forecasts, determine allocations, and plan shipments for each SKU• Optimize allocation of marketing development funds• Collect business and market intelligenceYou will get a chance to show off your abilities including:• Executive communication skills, both written and oral/presentation.• Solid understanding of financial analyses• Independence and flexibility• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously• Willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done• Well-timed tenacity and convictionBasic Qualifications• 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience• Bachelor's degree• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance driversPreferred Qualifications• 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience• Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insightsbolthires is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $127,000/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. bolthires is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
