Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cutting-edge initiatives in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, and experience working on Pega CDH projects. This needs to be highlighted throughout the resumes and candidates must be able to talk about this during the interview. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on Pega CDH ProjectsGuide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement.Identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate team communication, and foster a collaborative environment. Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and promote alignment. Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.
